Learning foreign languages very easily with bilingual audio books

Audio books advantages – recapture the delights of hearing stories beautifully told by extraordinarily talented storytellers : Of course, it’s never too late to learn something new, but according to studies, children do best when introduced to other languages early on. In fact, research shows that babies start learning language sounds in utero and can distinguish between their mother’s language and another language from birth! So, little kids are well-prepared to learn a second language. Bilingual skills help children acquire problem-solving skills.

First, while looking at what’s out there, consider all types of books. Don’t limit yourself to just one “scholarly” source or even a language learning text. With bilingual e-books, all reading genres are represented. Choose something that piques your interest. There’s no shame in starting “small”-what I mean is, keep it basic to begin with. You don’t need to grab “War and Peace” for your first e-book-or even your twenty-first. Children’s books or comic books are solid reading materials and both are available for bilingual e-reading.

The street epistemology teaches us how to do so. It consists partly in pushing the interlocutor to ask himself questions. The questions we ask ourselves do not meet the defensive stubbornness that questions asked by a third party meet. This audio guide is bilingual: that is, it presents itself as a language learning tool. The title indicates that it is a parody of the practical guides. A “serious” guide would not be concerned about helping the guru to build his enterprise. Because this bilingual audio book is often fun, offering it to a member-of-a-cult friend, or relative, is not perceived as a threat, or as a criticism of his choices.

Audiobooks Keep Reader Focused. Different streams of thoughts are running in the mind of modern man. That is why reading a print book has become a difficult task than it used to be. Listening to audiobooks is a proper solution to the problem. Listener focuses on the words and understands the story, poem, or narration. People believe that voice makes the characters alive. The individual feels that all the characters of the book are performing on the stage. Discover even more information on Bilingual audio books English/Chinese and English/Hindi.

If money is available for purchasing audiobooks, it is important for librarians and teachers to do their homework before buying. Single-author unabridged audiobooks tend to be the best, though some dramatizations (such as Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials trilogy, read by the author with a cast of more than 40 British actors) can be excellent. There are many sources of audiobook reviews readily available online, including School Library Journal. [Note: The Association for Library Service for Children also publishes an annual Notable Children’s Recordings list.]

Develops grade-level appropriate content knowledge. Giving students access to grade-level materials by providing an audiobook accommodation improves their self-esteem and increases their participation in class and peer discussions. They are now able to work alongside their peers and get hours of time back. Just because a student can’t read the words in the same way as their peers, doesn’t mean they aren’t developmentally ready to learn this information. Listening to audiobooks brings the information to the student when they are ready for it, not when they can read it.

Why a Bilingual AudioBook? The BABook makes learning languages easy, pleasant and interesting. You listen to a sentence or a paragraph in a language, then you listen to the same sentence or paragraph in another language. You learn the easy way, listening to short novels of genres you like. According to the nivel of your students, you choose which language to give them to listen to first: if they are well advanced, play the language they are learning first, and the recording in their mother tongue allows them to check their understanding. For the beginners (or students who are moderately dedicated to their studies!) better to play their mother tongue first. Discover additional details on Learning Languages.
